To begin your membership in the professional organization representing Fort Worth Police Officers Association, Follow these three steps:

2. Fill out the
Payroll Deduct Form
3. Return form when completed.
Your membership begins as soon as we receive this membership form. Your dues will be deducted from your paycheck the first pay period after your graduation.
